AMAZING PLACE! Staff is so friendly! Love my stylist Kayla! She always helps me with any concerns or questions I have about products or styles! I Always feel like a new rejuvenated person walking out! Lots of great hair products that help keep my hair going! Thank you for always taking care of me! I Will always go to Salon Brands!! I did Balayage for the first time and I loved it.. I did with vicki.. she's been recommended to me by my sister who's also was a first time for doing hair.. and we are now be regulars..

Salon Brands is a great company I’d definitely recommend getting all your beauty supply needs from them! They are very professional and deliver high quality products with unbelievable prices! At first I was a little skeptical because it was my first time ordering from them and but it is safe to say they have now gained a new loyal customer. And if you have any questions or concerns their customer service team is really helpful and kind I spoke with Tiffany and she took the time to see what my needs were and help me out! 10/10 service and 10/10 products for sure would recommend!

I went to the Central and Rock Rd. store today. I was greeted at the door by 2 employees behind the counter. I was looking aound the store, I was the only customer at the time. No one offered to assist or answer any questions. I left without purchasing anything as I could not find what I was looking for. I have had this type of experience here and at the Tyler Rd store in the past. I went later to the West St store, was greeted on arrival and immediately asked if I needed any help. The girl helped me find products and offered suggestions. The people at this location are always friendly and helpful. I am so sorry that this location is closing.

Megan gave me the haircut and style I’ve wanted my entire life and I’m not exaggerating!! My daughter saw it and raved too!! I can’t thank Megan enough! The other gals helping in retail are always friendly and very helpful in finding the products my hair needs!!

I don’t live locally but found their site when looking for Redken liter hair products. The prices were incredible and they offered free shipping. My order came promptly via UPS. So glad I found them and will use them again for my shampoo and conditioner needs.
